Salt
Warm water

Comale (cost iron plate)
Tortilla Press
Make THE bEST tORTILLAS
Dissolve the salt in warm water before adding the dough.
Roll (or press) the tortillas into very thin discs in the tortilla presser
Get the heat right — medium to medium high is perfect for a beginner.
Place the pressed tortilla onto the comale (cast iron plate)
Transfer the cooked tortillas to a towel or tortilla warmer.
